A riff on a classic Salty Dog, created in the 1960s and traditionally made with vodka, but we use Boadicea® Gin - Spiced.

Ingredients

45ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
60ml Grapefruit Juice
7.5ml Maple Syrup
1 Lime Wedge

Method

Rim a rocks glass with salt and fill with ice.
Shake the gin, grapefruit juice and syrup with ice and strain into the glass.
Squeeze the lime wedge over the top and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
