Ingredients

60ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
15ml Chambord
15ml Lime Juice
90ml Ginger Beer

Method

Pour the gin, Chambord and lime juice into a highball or stemmed glass and then fill with ice and stir.
Top with the ginger beer, stir again and garnish with a raspberry and lime wedge.
