Boadicea® Gin - Spiced, Spiced Bramble

We love a Bramble. They’re so easy to make and they look great visually and you can have a lot of fun with different flavours. Here, we used the traditional Creme de Mure, because blackberry works so well with the spiced botanical in the Boadicea® Gin - Spiced.

Ingredients

45ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Creme de Mure

Method

Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a short tumbler filled with crushed ice.
Place more crushed ice on top and then drizzle the Creme de Mure over.
Garnish with lemon peel.
