We have given this classic long-drink a new hue with Boadicea® Gin - Rosa and then swapped out the lemon for a sweeter red grapefruit juice.

Ingredients

45ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
25ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water

Shake the first three ingredients with ice.
Strain into a highball glass filled with more ice.
Top up with the soda.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and mint.
