Nelson’s Gold® is one of our most popular spirits. A delicate blend of vodka and our handmade caramel, made with love at the Wild Knight Distillery.
Described as a crème brûlée in a glass and it continues to WOW! customers, whenever they taste it!
Nelson’s Gold is exceptionally smooth. The caramel gives the liqueur a delectable, mellow sweetness. But there are also some beautiful darker notes in the flavour profile.
The caramel creates a gorgeous colour that is best described as amber or nectar-like.

Matt's Notes:
"When I was developing our Nelson's Gold caramel vodka recipe, it was essential to achieve the right balance of sweetness from the caramel. It is a liqueur, so it needs a certain level of sweetness but I didn't want it to be cloyingly sweet. From customer feedback, we got this spot on. When customers discover Nelson's Gold, they come back to it again and again. It suits a very broad range of palates and we never tire of hearing that "Wow" when people taste Nelson's Gold for the first time.
The making of the caramel is key and we developed our particular process to obtain the results that I was looking for, to ensure consistency across every batch.
I also, love the look of our bottle, which looks fantastic in our new 70cl version. It's a stand-out bottle!"

Our Secret
We make our caramel from just two ingredients - sugar and water but it's made by our special process.
Once cooled, our caramel is blended into our secret recipe and bottled ready to be chilled and enjoyed.

Nelson's gold
Don't expect to keep this for very long. It tastes fantastic !! I'm trying to resist the temptation to buy a large bottle as I think would go in a few days Ps the espresso martini is just as bad my bottle only lasted 5 days Buy with caution and loads of self control??
