We cold-brew our single-origin speciality coffee before blending with our vodka and adding plump, fresh Indonesian vanilla pods. The newly made spirit is then allowed to rest for a few weeks, to allow all the flavours to marry and work together. The combination of the highest quality ingredients brought together and given time to develop, results in delicious deep coffee flavours and a beautiful dark mahogany colour in the glass.
Wild Knight® Espresso Martini is best served slightly chilled on its own, but also try over ice-cream - delicious.

"IAs a coffee lover, I set out to create a liqueur made only with the finest ingredients - no flavourings, just pure, natural taste. Every drop of flavour comes from raw ingredients, and I believe you can taste the difference.
Developing this recipe took me down many paths, but learning about single-origin coffee and the art of cold brewing taught me how to extract deep, complex flavours without overpowering bitterness.
We currently use Caturra and Catuai - two Arabica varieties from Costa Rica. Medium-roasted, they’re ideal for our cold-brew process.
Over the past five years, I’ve refined our production process, swapping out plate filtration for wine-making racking techniques to remove sediment. That was definitely not a job for a white tee shirt!
To craft our Espresso Martini, we balance the coffee with two distinct sugars, enhancing its bold, rich flavours.
Finally, maturation is key - allowing flavours to meld beautifully and the spirit to develop its signature smoothness."

After roasting, we cold-brew our coffee beans to unlock their full flavour.
This creates a bold, concentrated cold espresso, releasing an incredible aroma as it brews.
Cold brewing gently extracts rich coffee flavour while leaving bitterness behind, resulting in a beautifully smooth taste.
Our freshly cold-brewed coffee is blended with vodka and our signature mix of sugars.
It’s then aged for two months with plump Indonesian vanilla pods, allowing the flavours to deepen and meld beautifully.
Finally, it’s bottled - ready to be savoured.
To achieve the signature crema - the fine foam atop an Espresso Martini - add equal parts Wild Knight Espresso Martini and freshly brewed hot coffee to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds, then strain into a cocktail glass. The result? A beautifully rich crema on top.
Remember - always use hot, not cold, coffee to create the perfect crema. Hot coffee lowers viscosity, allowing a fine foam to form. That’s the science bit. Now, enjoy!
