The Boadicea Gin - Classic works really well with elderflower, so it’s the perfect gin to use in this light and fragrant breakfast Martini.

This flavour pairing was inspired by a dessert menu. I used the Wild Knight® English Vodka here because of its versatility allowing both strong flavours to balance out, but it would work equally well with the Boadicea® Classic Gin.

Caramel has such a natural home with Bourbon, so we made this quick caramel-flavoured Old Fashioned that is deliciously sweet, but still punchy.

Coffee is such a strong, bold flavour that can be easily introduced into other strong, bold drinks. Here we wanted to pair the Espresso Martini with its namesake ultra premium English vodka, so came up with this Negroni riff where the coffee is well balanced between the bitterness of the campari and the sweetness of the vermouth.

We've always been a big fans of the classic Aviation cocktail, so swapping out London dry gin for the Boadicea Rosa, with its lovely pink hue and cherry notes playing with the maraschino here, seemed like a no-brainer.

Every gin needs its definitive take on the dry martini, so for this we just wanted to make one that had a clear identity. The gin to vermouth ratio is on the dryer and punchier end of the spectrum, and the drops of orange bitters work to draw out Boadicea’s citrus notes. Garnishing with a sprig of thyme allows the fragrance to play in the gin’s herbal notes and also stands on for the Iceni-related botanical, the nettle.

We loved the idea of using Boadicea® Gin - Spiced in a fruity drink to make for an overall more complex sip. As fans of the classics, we opted for this Clover Club and added extra cinnamon flavouring to make this a great mix of berry and spice.
