67.5ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
22.5ml Aperol
2 slices Cucumber

Method

Muddle the cucumber with the Aperol in the bottom of a mixing glass.
Add the spiced gin and stir with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass and add a lemon twist.
