A gin variation on the classic Sazerac, created in 2002 by Tony Conigliaro.

Ingredients

15ml Absinthe
60ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
7.5ml Cointreau
5ml Sugar Syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Method

Pour the absinthe in an ice-filled glass, top with chilled water and set aside.
Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice.
Ditch the contents of the glass (absinthe, ice and water) and then strain the mixture in.
