Ingredients

12 Mint Leaves
75ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
22.5ml Sugar Syrup
3 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

Muddle the mint leaves with the gin at the bottom of the shaker, but then add the sugar syrup and bitters and shake with ice.
Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice, stir the drink and top with more crushed ice to fill the glass.
Stir again and garnish with a mint sprig.
