A delicious way to add an extra flavour dimension to a classic Espresso Martini. The key is to make sure the spread is completely dissolved, or it will collect again when shaking with ice.
1tsp Biscoff Biscuit Spread
30ml Hot Espresso
30ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini
30ml Boadicea® Gin - Classic
Stir the Biscoff in the hot espresso until completely dissolved.
Add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a coupe and garnish with coffee beans.
The Crema (not dairy)
Using hot espresso is essential to create the crema foam on top of the Martini. Shake all the ingredients with ice very vigorously for longer than you would for other cocktails and you will be rewarded with a delightful crema.
