Strawberries and Cream Chocolate Martini

An indulgent summer cocktail – once you have had one, you will demand a second!

Ingredients

75ml Wild Knight® Chocolate Martini
25ml Strawberry sugar syrup
25ml Double cream
Fresh Strawberries

Method

Make a rich syrup of 50gms of white sugar and 25gsm of water. Warm gently (do not boil) and stir until all the sugar has dissolved. When cool, add 50gms of hulled, fresh strawberries and crush into the syrup. Leave to infuse for at least one hour then strain. Note: makes enough syrup for more than one serve.
Add the Chocolate Martini, sugar syrup and cream to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake until chilled and then double strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with a strawberry.
