Boadicea's Sapphire Martini

Boadicea's Sapphire Martini is a delicious cocktail, coloured blue in homage of Boadicea – the great warrior Queen of the Iceni tribe in Ad60-61.

Ingredients

25ml Boadicea® ‘Classic’ English gin
2 dashes dry vermouth
2 dashes blue curaçao
25ml elderflower tonic
Orange twist

Method

Chill a cocktail glass.
Add a couple dashes each of dry vermouth and blue curaçao to the glass.
Pour in Boadicea® Gin.
Top up with elderflower tonic.
Garnish with the orange twist.
If you like, stir the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and strain into the chilled glass.
