A sour made with the little-used ingredient tangerine, plus Aperol to round out the sweetness.

Ingredients

3 Tangerine Segments
40ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
25ml Lemon Juice
20ml Aperol
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Egg White

Method

Muddle the tangerine segments with the sugar syrup and then add the other ingredients.
Shake first without ice and then again with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over more ice and garnish with more tangerine segments.
