Ingredients

3 Maraschino Cherries
60ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
4 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Method

Muddle the cherries in the bottom of the shaker and then add the other ingredients and stir with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with another maraschino cherry.
