Here’s a very simple festive drink utilising any leftover Cranberry Sauce from the Christmas roast. Here’s a single serve, but everything can easily be scaled up and served from a jug.

9% ABV approx., depending on volume of soda water used.

Ingredients

1 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
30ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
Soda Water

Method

Stir the Cranberry Sauce and Spiced Gin together in the bottom of a tall glass until it dissolves.
Add ice and top up with Soda Water.
Garnish with an Orange slice.
