During these times of uncertainty and lockdown, we have been working closely with the incredibly talented Paul Richardson, Deputy GM of The Coaching Inn Group to create a whole range of lockdown cocktails. All of which are easy to make (3 mins or less) and use ingredients which are easy to obtain. Cocktails include: The Ultimate Wild Knight Espresso Martini, Wild Knight and Boadicea Gin Spiced 'Knight Star Martini' and the Admiral's Toffee Apple' cocktail.
