We were delighted and honoured to be asked by Merchant’s Heart to join the team on their stand to showcase our Boadicea® Gin Rosa, our brand-new pink gin.

Rosa pairs perfectly with Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Spirit Enhancer (can be found in Sainsburys) and we call it ‘The Ultimate Pink G&T’ cocktail:

The Ultimate Pink G&T

50 ml Boadicea Gin Rosa
50 ml Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Spirit Enhancer
Fresh cherry to garnish

Add 2 cubes of ice to a Coupe glass or a handful of frozen raspberries, add Boadicea Gin Rosa, then tonic – we use Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Spirit Enhancer. Garnish and enjoy.

After Imbibe we enjoyed a wonderful evening with the Merchant’s Heart team at The House of St Barnabas, a new kind of private members’ club in the heart of Soho, London.
