A Jamaican take on an Espresso Martini, mixing tropical flavours and rum together with coffee.

Ingredients

50ml Jamaican Rum
30ml Hot Espresso
22.5ml Créme de Banane
15ml Wild Knight® Espresso Martini Liqueur
1 dash Cocoa Bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish with coffee beans.

Recipe Tip

The Crema (not dairy)

Using hot espresso is essential to create the crema foam on top of the Martini. Shake all the ingredients with ice very vigorously for longer than you would for other cocktails and you will be rewarded with a delightful crema.
