Ingredients

1 sprig Rosemary
10 Raisins
60ml Boadicea® Gin Rosa
15ml Sugar Syrup

Method

Muddle the rosemary and raisins together in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Add the gin and sugar syrup and shake with ice.
Fine-strain into a coupe and garnish with another sprig of rosemary.
