Ingredients

4 Strawberries
50ml Boadicea® Gin - Spiced
25ml Sweet Vermouth
25ml Aperol

Method

Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of the shaker and then add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain over a large block of ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel.
