Ingredients

50ml Boadicea® Gin - Rosa
25ml Lanique Rose Petal Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice
4 tsps Honey

Stir the honey into the gin until it dissolves.
Add the other ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon peel.
